Operation
- Smaller Den(s) equate
to more individual attention to each Cub Scout's needs and progression.
- Financial Structure - maintain low oerating
expenses for the Pack with minimal fundraising (mandatory fundraising-Annual Scout Popcorn Sale) or as needed. Special trips
and events will not be included in the operating expenses.
- Financial Transparency - operating expenses of the pack
will be available as requested.
- Communicate status of advancement and non-advancement progression to the parents
of the Cub Scouts.
Leaders Meetings
Leaders meet on the following days:
- The fourth Saturday
of every June to develop an annual Pack program.
- The fourth Saturday of each month to plan for the Den and Pack activities
for the upcoming month.
Committee Meetings
The committee meets annually and monthly following the
leaders' meetings
